Black Urea that reduces the cost of Commercial Urea

Introduction to black urea

At a time when there is a shortage of chemical urea, the black urea side has turned the attention of farmers. That is why many well-informed farmers are buying and using bundles. Urea is more expensive and less effective, thus increasing the yield per hectare of sugarcane cultivation in Brazil. Of the 60 tonnes of land normally available, 180 tonnes was available. This is due to the bio-fertilizer obtained from the bacterium Acetobacter.

Black urea can be applied not only to sugarcane but also to all crops such as paddy, sugar beet, cassava, flowers and small grains. Thus, there is no need to add urea and the cost of chemical fertilizers is negligible. When using black urea, there is no need to apply bio-fertilizers including Azospirillum and Rhizobium.

6 kg of black urea per acre of paddy crop can be applied three times at the rate of 2 kg per acre. Black urea should not be used in case of at the time of Panicle initiation. The reason is that this black urea which is affected by the yield due to increase in nitrogen is sold in the co-operative sugar mills in Tamil Nadu. Black urea is sold at the Biological Research Center in Chengalpattu and at some private nature outlets. The price is 60 /- per kg.

Benefits

  1. Improves soil nutrient uptake capacity
  2. Stimulates the activity of beneficial microorganisms.
  3. Contributes to maintaining nitrogen concentration in the soil
  4. Increases crop yields.

Recommended crops

  1. Sugarcane,
  2. Rice
  3. Sweet corn,
  4. Sugar beet,
  5. All sugar containing crops & sweet potatoes.
Direction for use

  1.        Prepare a mixture by mixing 3 kg of Acetobacter in 40 liters of water per acre of sugarcane            crop per cane set.
  2.         Before planting, the cane should settle in the mixture above 5 minutes.
  3.         For soil use: Apply 3 kg Acetobacter per acre.

Mode of action

1)Acetobacter biofertilizer is a mandatory aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacterium capable of adjusting nitrogen in the roots, stems and leaves of sugarcane plants.

2) Acetobacter biofertilizer produces growth promoting substances such as IAA (indole acetic acid) and GA (gibberellic acid), which promote root multiplication and increase the number of rootlets, resulting in increased ore and phosphate ore, which promote sugarcane growth and sugar recovery in sugarcane.

All nitrogen-containing bacteria contain nitrogen for use in atmospheric nitrogen gas as a source of metabolic bioavailability, protecting different nitrogen-fixing microorganisms and oxygen - sensitive microbes in different ways.

3) Acetobacter biofertilizer has a cooperative relationship with various plants such as sugarcane and coffee, colonizing their internal tissues to enhance plant growth.

4) Acetobacter biofertilizer is responsible for this N2 adjustment associated with plants, with low pH tolerance and high sugar and salt concentrations, nitrate reductase deficiency, and unique physiological properties for a diasotropy. Nitrogenase activity tolerating short-term exposure to ammonia.

  1. Acetobacter biofertilizer is aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria that are capable of fixing in stems, roots, and stems and leaves of sugarcane plants. They help in promoting the growth of plants by encouraging the growth of substances like indole acetic acid and gibberellic acid and thus lead to root proliferation and the number of rootlets.
